Weekly Savings
I realize many of you have your preferred stores that you like to shop at. So this week I will mention a few items that are fantastic sale prices at various stores. Take advantage of the sales to buy items at low prices and add them to your storage, pantry, or freezer.

Balsamic Rosemary Pork Loin Roast
This recipe for Pork Loin Roast is DELICIOUS!
Ingredients:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp salt
2-3 tsp dried Rosemary
1 Tbsp Ketchup
1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 lb. boneless pork loin roast
Directions:
In a plastic zip-lock bag mix marinade. Place pork in bag, press out air, seal the bag, and marinade the pork for 3 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and place the pork in a baking dish, season with additional salt and fresh ground pepper, and pour marinade over pork. Add 1/2 cup of water, and place in preheated oven. Roast uncovered for about 1 hour, basting occasionally with the marinade. Remove from oven and let it rest 10 minutes before serving.

Smith's is blowing me away with their sale this week! Check out their ad and start making a list. Pick items from their Mix & Match sale. Select any combination of 10 (or 20 or 30!) items from the list to get the lowest savings. Applying a manufacter's coupon to helps save you even more! Here is an example of the added up savings:

Macey's is having their 1st week of the Case Lot Sale. Some items suggested to add to your food storage is a 40 lb. bucket of wheat for $12.98 and Clover Honey ( 80 oz.) $9.99 . You can review their entire Ad and make a online grocery list at http://www.maceys.com/
At Smith's (7061 S. Redwood Rd.), look for their 10 for $10 sale. Take advantage of their awesome deals. For example, Campbell's Chicken Noodle or Tomato are 2 for $1.00 and with a manufacture's coupon it's only .30 per can! Duncan Hines cake mix are $1.00 each and with a coupon, it's only .25 each! Pepperidge Farm's Fish crackers are only $1.00, but with a coupon the final price is .25 each! Uncle Ben's Rice is $1.00 and with a coupon, the final price again is .25!
